These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. EU consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). UK consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that: you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent); you are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use; you are providing accurate, complete billing, delivery, and contact information; and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or misrepresentation.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes and colours may vary depending on your screen settings. If a product materially differs from its description, you have the right to return it under our Refund & Returns Policy.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) or British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where required by law. Delivery costs are shown separately before checkout is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed orders. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you promptly and offer you the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.
4. Order Process and Confirmation
By clicking "Place Order" at checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the goods in your cart at the stated price.
You will receive an automated email acknowledging your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
To cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately at contact@podiumtrendstore.com. If we are unable to stop the shipment, you retain your right to return the goods under our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and in your dispatch confirmation. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, or public holidays.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes to you when we receive full payment.
If delivery fails due to reasons within your control (incorrect address, absence), you may be responsible for re-delivery charges.
For deliveries to the UK, import duties or VAT may apply depending on order value and product type. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Consumer Rights
EU customers: you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, a minimum two-year statutory guarantee on goods, and all other protections under applicable EU consumer law.
UK customers: you are entitled to a 14-day right to cancel, rights in respect of goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and all other applicable UK consumer protections.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by us or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible to you for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence.
We are not liable for: losses that are not foreseeable; business losses; losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control; or indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under EU consumer law or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, pandemics, industrial action, or failure by third-party logistics providers. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be entitled to a full refund.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union.
EU consumers benefit from mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of their country of residence. UK consumers benefit from mandatory provisions of UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Disputes may be referred to the competent courts of Portugal. EU and UK consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms
