Refund & Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Podium Trend Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights when returning items and how we process refunds. It applies to all purchases made through our website and complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and applicable Portuguese consumer law.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

Where your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last item.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at contact@podiumtrendstore.com with: your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (not mandatory, but helpful). We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

4. Returning the Goods

Once you have notified us, you must return the goods no later than 14 calendar days from the date of your withdrawal notice. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and wherever possible in their original packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns (right of withdrawal): the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us before sending the item back.

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the items — or within 14 days of you providing evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. You will not incur any fees.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a full refund, a free replacement, or a repair (where applicable). Please contact us at contact@podiumtrendstore.com as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from delivery.

For EU customers, the statutory guarantee period is a minimum of two years from delivery. For UK customers, equivalent protections apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Exceptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply to: perishable goods, personalised or custom-made items, sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken, or digital content where supply has begun with your prior consent.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
