Order Processing Times

Standard orders are processed within 1–4 business days and then dispatched.

For priority processing, we offer an expedited service ensuring your order is dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days).

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on orders of €49.99 or more to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and all European Union member states.

For all other countries: flat shipping rate of €9.99.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Middle East & Central Asia: 15–21 business days
  • South America: 10–21 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates based on recent deliveries and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather disruptions, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.

Taxes and Import Duties

For shipments to the European Union, United States, Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the price. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

For all other countries, any applicable import taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient, as required by local customs regulations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to reasons within your control (incorrect address, absence at delivery), you may be responsible for re-delivery charges. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund less applicable shipping charges.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe. We also offer PayPal, ClearPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
