Right of Withdrawal — 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order, which exceeds the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal required under EU and UK consumer law. You may return any item within 30 days without giving a reason.

To initiate a return, email us at podiumtrendstore@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions promptly. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and wherever possible in their original packaging. You may open and inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at podiumtrendstore@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns (change of mind): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Where applicable, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account first, then contact your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at podiumtrendstore@gmail.com.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, a free replacement, or a repair. Please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from delivery, attaching photos where possible.

For EU customers, the statutory guarantee period is a minimum of two years from delivery. For UK customers, equivalent protections apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The right of return does not apply to: perishable goods, personalised or custom-made items, sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken, or digital content where supply has begun with your consent.
